Quantity and quality of the final product can be achieved in several ways. At TPS, we have an approach where the process solutions are customised in collaboration with our customers. TPS’s process solution and general personal care knowledge combined with the customer’s specific product and process requirements allow for design of a flexibly customised solution.
At TPS, we standardise on specific brands of components to optimise cost, risk, and resource allocation; however, we are always flexible to work with other brands. We understand the necessity for production sites to standardise subcomponent choices allowing for better service and spare part management.
Optimised efficiency
Correct engineering of personal care equipment is essential to obtain fast change-over, efficient cleaning, low utility consumption, and high product quality. In our designs, we work to reduce service requirements on the equipment e.g. by using high-efficiency motors to reduce power consumption, and to manage water consumption on our mixers.
With our approach, you shall expect to achieve a high OEE (availability, performance, and quality) together with optimised CAPEX, OPEX, and TCO for “best in class” performance.
