Experience built from global OEMs including leading large teams and complex projects gives a strong foundation of TPS. A management team which leads teams from more than 20 nations.
Extensive know-how unified in a growing company
In 2020, TPS Pte Ltd in Singapore was launched, followed by TPS Europe ApS in Denmark in 2021. Both companies were founded by Erik Dath Harbo and Claus Siegaard.
In January 2026, Claus Siegaard became the sole owner of the companies.
With representation in two regions, we support our customers through a local presence and full coverage across time zones.
Over the last few years, we have built experienced teams and equipped them with the right tools and training to perform at a high level.
We organise our projects in line with established project execution principles, supported by a clear governance structure that includes a steering committee, defined project management, and dedicated execution functions.

Claus Siegaard is our specialist in turnkey factories and spray drying. He is a process engineering professional with 30+ years of sales and management experience.
